Last updated: 1 January 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and the home physiotherapy services provided by The Physio Path. By booking an appointment you accept these terms.
Services
We provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation at the patient's residence through licensed physiotherapists. Services are advisory and therapeutic in nature and do not replace emergency medical care. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Appointments
- All appointment requests are provisional until confirmed by our coordinator over the phone
- Please ensure a safe, clean and reasonably spacious area is available for the session
- For patients under 18, a parent or guardian must be present throughout the visit
- We may reschedule a visit due to therapist illness, emergencies or unsafe conditions at the premises
Cancellation
Cancellations or reschedules requested at least four hours before the appointment are free of charge. Later cancellations, or visits where the therapist is unable to access the premises, may be charged at the full session rate.
Payments
Fees are communicated before treatment begins. Session and package prices exclude any consumables that you choose to purchase separately. Invoices are issued for every payment received.
Patient responsibilities
You agree to disclose relevant medical history, current medication, allergies and recent surgeries, and to follow the home exercise programme prescribed. Withholding clinical information may affect treatment safety and outcomes.
